PowerForce LLC provides large format lithium batteries and designs custom battery systems for applications such as Smart Grids, Building Energy Efficiency, Alternative Energy Storage for Solar and Wind, Electric & Hybrid vehicles such as city buses, airport vehicles, and also portable power for remote use and emergency response. What are your future milestones, and how much capital will you need to achieve each of the milestones outlined?: 

Power Force will generate revenue through the production and sales of advanced battery systems to the electric vehicle battery market, alternative and grid power storage, and many other applications that are in need of a better battery. The vehicle market segment includes manufacturers and end users of commercial transportation, material handling equipment, utility and golf carts, power back-up systems and government/military/municipal applications. The energy market includes load leveling and storage for Solar, Wind, Hydro and other alternative industries, as well as more efficient use of the existing power grid through Large Capacity Smart Grid centers in varying sizes up to multi-Mega watt banks.
Power Force is poised to penetrate the electric utility cart and forklift sector within the commercial vehicle industry. We need 2.5 million of start up capital to complete product development, execute product roll out and support a sales team.

What is your total and operating cash burn (the amount you're spending) per month? : 

We spend $10,000/month on business operating expenses. This amount includes an office operating out of a 6,000 sq ft warehouse located in Downtown LA, core personnel, company overhead and product development. We need funding for product development, marketing, sales team and operating expenses.
