Good Afternoon Mike,
I have a private investor out your way that has upwards of $650 million and he is looking into wind, solar, Leed resorts, etc. This may be right up his alley but need to know if this is "shovel ready".
Also, do you have a package you can send me? I can forward it to the lender to review upon signing an NDA.
