Business

Business Overview:

The company I work with is constructing geothermal plants, desalination plants and WTE plants in Baja California, Mexico. The initial funding required is about $150MM.

The water from the desalination plant(s) will be used for a Paulownia tree plantation which can be harvested in about 6-7 years with a profit of about $800MM with an investment of $120MM.

The salt which is a byproduct will be sold as road salt. Transportation will be by railroad to the States. These sales can provide an ROI in about 18-24 months for the investor/funder.

On the return trip the railroad will carry waste from the States for gassification or pyrolization and the resulting energy will be sold back to the States.

This is the first project of several additional ones namely real estate with luxury condominiums, homes and eventually a race track. The race track is about $500MM but will return almost 80+% in licensing fees.
