Business
GWEC produces a variety of renewable energy products including wind turbines, wave generators, water current turbines, and combination products (solar/wind/battery storage) for the US and global markets.
Year Revenues and Profit Capital Needed to Reach Milestones
2010 - $5 million revenues; $500,000 profit. $5 million
2011 - $60 million revenues; $15 million profit $0
2012 - $100 million revenues; $25 million profit $0
2013 - $150 million revenues; $37.5 million profit $0
2014 -- $200 million revenues; $50 million profit $0
Approximately $3,000 per month. We are keeping expenses to an absolute minimum until funding is obtained.
Perhaps none. Requested financing of $5 million will likely propel us to self-sustainability and long-term profitability.
Our customers are any private or public entity in the United State or around the world that needs or desires grid-consistent electric power at (1) a remote location where there is no grid (2) at a location where grid is available but the cost of installing infrastructure is high or (3) any new residential, commercial or industrial development where an investment in grid infrastructure has not already been made. Target customers include: the US military; foreign governments and militaries; federal, state and local governments; commercial, industrial and residential developers; federal state and local law enforcement; humanitarian organizations; ragribusiness; cell phone tower manufacturers and lessors wireless providers; and electric vehicle charging station manufacturers.
Providing electric power where no power is available; where no power is economically feasible; and where the customer has not already incurred the huge cost of installing grid infrastructure in a home, building, parking lot, park, sports field, residential or commercial development, or even an entire town or city.
Marine Exchange of Southern California. Sprint; Feeney Wireless. Great Park of Irvine.
Target markets are domestic and foreign military and governments; commercial, industrial, agribusiness and residential developers; cell tower manufacturers and lessors; humanitarian organizations; electric vehicle recharger manufacturers; film production companies; pump manufacturers; and diesel generator rental companies
Demonstrate technology through mobile and demonstrations units to military, governments, ports, airports, commercial developers, as well as at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and conferences.
Partner with partners in the telecommunications, security camera, lighting, cell tower, pump manufacturing, agribusiness and other industries to develop and roll out products for those partners in those industries. Usse web and social networking sites to develop "buzz" and brand recognition. Use large and ever growing network of distributors and sales reps to expand markets served -- especially overseas.
Have streamed working version of World Light Pole on our website since December of 2009. Have developed mobile 8KW World Power Sytem for demonstrations, conferences and expositions. Have demonstrated at Marine Exchange of Souther California in June 2010; at Universal Studios in June 2010; Shelby Farms Park in Memphis Tennessee in July of 2010; at Port Tech LA in September 2010; at Great Park of Irvine in Septembero of 2010; at Simi Valley Go Green Festival in October of 2010. Have demonstration unit being installed at Sprint Technology Center in Burlingame California November of 2010.
Competition consists of small "mom and pop" manufacturers of off-grid solar and off-grid wind for permanent installations. For mobile power systems, only competition is "mom and pop" manufacturers of mobile solar generators. For light poles, competition is solar light pole manufactures. However, none of Green Wave's competitors have Green Wave's proprietary technolgoy that allows Green Wave to guarantee a specific amount of power will be provided 24/7 365 days per year regardless almost anywhere in the world. Moreover, becuase the key to Green Wave's technology is proprietary, Green Wave expects it will take a major competitor -- once it discovers that Green Wave is obtaining a great deal of market share -- at least 18 months to "catch up" and obtain the same technology. By that time, Green Wave's technology should be improved and far superior to its present technology.
Green Wave fully self sufficient renewable energy products bring grid-consistent electricity to places where it is not feasible to install electric grid; the grid does not exist; where the cost of bringing the grid is too expensive; and where the investment in electric grid infrastructure has not yet been made, as Green Wave's light poles and power systems can save millions, if not billions on the cost on installaing traditonal electric grid infrastructure; and millions, if not billions on the cost of fossil fuels to run diesel and gasoline generators.
Green Wave is a California C corporation with multiple shareholders. Green Wave manufactures its fully self sufficient renewable energy products itself; markets and sell the products itself; and markets and advertises Green Wave products through written agreements with (1) distributors and (2) over 100 independent sales representatives.
Our fully self sufficient renewable energy system uses solar and wind energy supported by an energy storage system to provide grid-consistent electricity to street lights, parking lights, pumps, cell towers, homes, buildings, etc. The system can be scaled to any size so long as the general power requirements are known; and can be deployed almost anywhere in the world and still provide the specified amount of power 24/7 365 days per year.
Technology
None of Green Wave's competitors have Green Wave's proprietary technolgoy that allows Green Wave to guarantee a specific amount of power will be provided 24/7 365 days per year regardless almost anywhere in the world.
Green Wave's proprietary technology is based on a hedging strategy that arises as a result of the relative capabilities of two renewable energy power sources -- solar and wind, for example; a data base of research on renewable energy resource around the globe; and a series of statistical and probability equations. The result of this proprietary technology allows Green Wave to maintain an equilibrium between the amount of renewable energy going into an electrial storage system and the amount of electricity being drawn from the electrical storage system. As a result, Green Wave can say with a high degree of probability what the renewable energy resource (and power generation ability) will be at just about any location in the world; can guage the design of its system to that power generation capability; and can provide a specified amount of power 24/7 365 at just about any random location in the world as a result.
Described above.
The system has been proven by means of production prototypes -- one that has been running for almost one year; and demonstration units.
None. It is ready for commercial production -- uses off-the shelf and easily modified components.
