Our group is working on launching a seed fund geared towards helping launch ventures in cleantech. The fund will be limited to investing up to a maximum of $50,000 per company and take strong positions within the management team and equity. The objective is to find after suitable due dilligence projects which have good potential for sound IRR and are game changers. Exit strategy will be angel or venture funding.
