A common feature of the rectification, fermentation and distillation processes is its dependence of duration of evolution of gas from the liquid medium (separation). To expedite the process traditionally is used increasining of temperature and various methods of mechanical action to facilitate the release of gaseous products. But higher temperature of the processed raw materials affects the quality of the final product. And the means of mechanical displacement of gas from the liquid medium are ineffective. The longer the process is the higher becomes cost of the final product. Speeding up the process significantly reduces the overall cost of the final product.

Present-day producers of the same products are not able to achieve such high quality of the products with so low prime cost.
Low-cost producing of fuels and biofuels
Our technology allows to intensify the processes of fermentation, rectification, distillation and separation and the device for its implementation. Speeding up the process significantly reduces the overall cost of the final product.
The device allows you to:
- to control, regulate and maintain a certain level of temperature and other parameters of the process;
- select not only some fraction of processed material, but also to hold separate fraction of the selected components from the high purity of each;
- especially to get an accurate distribution of a large number of fractions (using a gradual evaporation distillation) with high performance;
- conduct a rapid high-performance separation of emulsions into components according to their density, using centrifugal force in combination with other methods ( not centrifuge, is particularly effective for water-oil emulsion, does not require the application of demulsifiers).
Principle of the device (settings) based on creating specific conditions for rapid forcible displacement of gas from liquid medium. The device design is universal for any industry.
