Everything is recycled and reused from utensils, plates, cups, even the air is filtered and recycled. At the moment, all restaurants are regulated with a grade letter for cleanliness. In the 22nd century, digital readout are required such as Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide and Radon detectors. Basically a restaurant that sells healthier food instead of processed food and also without any flavor enhancer such as Monosodium glutamate (MSG) or other ingredients that are high in fat.

As consumers become more self-conscious about eating healthier, Humpty's Cafe can offer healthy meals based on the five basic food groups to satisfy their hunger without the guilt of eating junk food.

Consumers across the country goes to fast food restaurant because they can eat right then instead of waiting at a restaurant when time is short. Most of fast food restaurant sells processed food, which are not healthy. Our chef cooking using natural ingredients that are basically bought from a grocery store creating all kinds of healthy meals. The main purpose is for people to eat healthy while on the go. Not only eating healthy based on the five basic food groups but also providing eco-friendly environment. Purified, cleaner air, peace of mind about carbon footprint, enjoy the scenery as each day it changes. Consumers to enjoy a different environment, away from Los Angeles's busy, traffic society.

Technology - Use of holographic, privacy glass, Solar, LED technology, and safety devices.

At the moment, there are no comparable cafe to Humpty's Cafe. There are some privately own restaurants that are experimenting with the new technology but have not implemented them yet.

What makes the technology/business unique and have a defendable competitive advantage?: 

Humpty's Cafe offers healthy meals and is eco-friendly environment. Offering consumers meals based on the five basic food groups. Other restaurants may offer only two, three, or maybe four of the food groups but only if ordering different meals altogether. There aren't any eco-friendly green restaurant businesses that offers healthy meals that also provides technology advanced environments. Personally, haven't seen any restaurants that offers CO, CO2, or Radon readings or use advanced air filtration. Most technology I have seen are plasma/LCD screens and maybe the use of projector.

Describe in detail the technology used in the Project - Address the innovation in significant detail : 

Holographic Technology - Have a virtual menu display on windows. Virtual greeter at the door. Possibly touch-screen to interact with the menus.

LED Technology - Instead of using light bulbs or fluorescent tubes. Used to light the environment. More efficient and uses less electricity. Average life is about 100,000 hours. Generates less heat.

Solar Technology - Use solar to power the LED during the day. Cuts down the use of electricity. Less demand for electricity during peak hours. Possibly store extra surplus to a battery backup system.

Plasma/LCD screen - Are set up around the inside of the cafe. Used as windows to display different scenery. For example, one day, displays hovering above the clouds illustrating the cafe is taking place above the clouds. Underwater, space, etc.

Private Glass Technology - More energy efficient than using blinds or curtains.

Toilet - Water efficient system. Uses less water.

Air Filter - Clean indoor air.

What are the principles of the technology? : 

Use of these technology to reduce carbon footprint and to provide healthier environment. Cleaner air to breath, reducing excesses heat and reduce the use of fresh water for the toilet system. Using Solar power to power appliance such as LED, touch screen, digital readouts etc. Use green materials that are lead free, baby safe and made at least 55% of recyclable materials. Use of these technology to get LEED Certification from the US Green Building Council.

This would be the first kind of a technologically advanced restaurants that is eco-friendly and specialize healthy meals based on the five basic food groups.
