Describe in detail the technology used in the Project - Address the innovation in significant detail :
A rotor of the pancake motor spins interacting with the variable magnetic field of the flat inductors. The rotor is heated by the field of said flat inductors. The rotor is made of aluminum and acts as a heater element. The rotor is designed as a heat exchanger. The pancake motor operates on the principle of ac electronic motor with position sensors. The stator is four flat coils connected two and two. The diametrically opposed coils make two pairs. The coils are wrapped by litz wire (0.3 mm x 20) to reduce resistance to high-frequency current. The rotor is two sectors of a circle hiding one pair of coils. Each pair of coils is included in an oscillating circuit which excites high-frequency currents of 20-25 kilohertz. When the rotor is above a pair of coils the sensor signals the coils to excite high-frequency current which induces eddy current in rotor material. The induced current is opposite in phase with ... need more then 1000 characters)))
What are the principles of the technology? :
Induction electromagnetic field radiation
What, if anything, has been proven (and how far is this from a commercial scale)? :
