Amount Sought:

If raising funds, what shall the funds be used for?:

Investors needed to develop a solar farm in Delta State in Nigeria. The Federal government has liberalized the energy sector and opened it up for private investors. The State has also made made provisions for investors to be able to transfer their profits.

Funds are needed for capital expenditure. Water and electricity are essential to business success. Water and electricity produced will be sold locally in this University town and environs. This will create immediate returns on investment.
A portion of the investment will be used to expand the hatchery for day-old-chick production and sales. These high return areas will be used to drive further growth.

The solar farm will initially provide 1MW energy for local industries within Ben-Mac Industrial Park.
It is anticipated that energy production capacity will be increased to 50MW within 5 years or earlier to meet demands.
