In Russia a group of chief scientists and engineers have created a power station of a unique type unlike any other to be found in the world. They are seeking to create a partnership - possibly Russian/American or Russian/European The Russian party will put in the enterprise, results of five years work on OWPS and the patents will be the joint property of both parties. The JV partner will fund US$6 million. Target use of the investment is guaranteed by the laws of Russia. During the next two years several thousand OWPS can be made. The prime cost of one OWPS will be approx 6,000 US$ and the prime cost of the OWPS larger power will increase in multiple rates of the prime cost of the singular OWPS. The cost of 1 kilowatt per hour will be no more than 2UScents. For example, the prime cost of the power station with output power 40-50 kw will compose 50000US$ - $US60000.
