Duties 

Management

Electrical manager managing research and development team for producing new products or improving existing ones and the engineering. Lead and manages technical projects from conception to completion. This involves selecting staff, write performance reviews and communicate staff issues to human resource and delegating responsibilities, management of project financial budgets, and ensuring projects are completed by required deadlines and financial guidelines.

Design

Design the electrical specifications for the project , assist ,directing and coordinating operations with responsibilities such as supervise engineers, and technicians who design, develop, installation ,testing, planning, establishing a budget, coordinating and directing production, operations, quality assurance (QA), assessing equipment and machinery in manufacturing plants and supervise production and maintenance in manufacturing plants.

Responsible for the initial plans for equipment needed, equipment installation, proper operations and maintenance of machinery in manufacturing plants.

Your immediate supervisor CEO and your immediate subordinate is the Principle Electrical Engineer
