Our client is looking for a Climate Change Practice Leader who will be responsible for leading the Climate Change Practice in the Southern States of the US. As part of our clients global climate change “Core Team” you will also have direct access to additional international consulting opportunities.
This is a ground floor opportunity for a dynamic Senior Climate Change Leader to build their own Climate Change practice. From Development and execution of your own business plan, leading business development activities (along side clients sales teams) through to the execution of climate change services, including project management, project delivery, team leadership etcyou will be the one in the driving seat.
As a senior leadership position it is envisaged that you will have at least ten years post graduate experience, already beestablished within the climate change community and have been successfully developing and delivering climate change support service within a Consulting environment. Additionally you will have a good knowledge of the evolving carbon market within the US and familiarity with some of the technical components with the sector such as emissions inventory/verification/monitoring, GHG advocacy, energy efficiency, CCS etc.
