The Company is looking to add an experienced sales professional to its team. This is primarily an external sales role however it also requires regular interface with the internal engineering organization to provide an ongoing contribution to the direction of future products & services.
Skills:
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the target industries selling Industrial Automation/Business Intelligence solutions.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Forecasting and Execution
Key Account Planning/Management
Indirect Sales Channel Development
Solution Selling
Sales Collateral Development
Product/Services direction based on customer engagements
Document all customer communications in CRM
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling software into the Dairy, Food & Beverage industries, both at the plant and enterprise level.
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Must be willing and able to travel as required (estimated 25% to 75%). Proven ability to close new business opportunities. Other qualifications include:
Thorough understanding of solution selling, sales cycle and sales management
In-depth knowledge of business and manufacturing intelligence spaces
Experience selling SaaS product(s)
