Battery Management System (BMS) for Lithium Ion, LiFePO4, and SMF Lead Acid battery packs.
We are looking for an integrated BMS system for large battery packs ranging from 19kWh to 300kWh capacity. Due to the large storage capacity desired, the number of cells is very high and sometimes requires the battery packs to be connected in parallel circuits as well. High number of cells and parallel connections lead to mismatches in charging and discharging of cells. This reduces the lifespan of the individual cell eventually leading to failure of the battery packs and causing heavy investment losses.
The BMS must be capable of individually monitoring health and charge/discharge status of each cell. It should also have the abilitiy to equlise the charges in case of mismatches. The BMS must also show the stored/remaining Ah of battery bank.
