Solar Investment in USA Canada
Setting up a smaller fund for investments in Solar Energy projects (around 20-40M dollars) - and looking for investors.
Im trying to set-up a investing fund in Solar Energy. My company has experience in developing these projects, and are capable of making very secure and attractive investments.
If we reach between 30-40M dollars, the projects will most likely be listed on the Nasdaq OMX stockexchange - making the stocks liquid.
All investments will be done in USA or Canada, and depending on investors risk profile (Canda USA projects (HIGH IRR), we will be able to deliver IRR between 10-20 %.
There will no doubt be a great up-side to sell the projects in just a few years, as the expected IRR are lowering every day, and will most likely reach the ones for windmills with IRR around 10-19%.
