Seeking expert in Geothermal Energy for conducting feasibility study of Southern California project

One of our portfolio companies is seeking an expert in the geothermal space to conduct some of the following things on its property Southern California:

-- Assess feasibility of tapping into geothermal energy on the property

-- Develop comprehensive report (business and technology) for the project which might be used as part of a business plan to raise additional funds for the project

-- Participate in investor meetings to present and discuss findings f the feasibility of the project

-- Assist in negotiating and subsequently obtaining Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with utility companies

-- Be available as an advisor for the implementation of the project
