A couple of suggestions regarding your directories. It would help if the page jumps were organized so it was easier to search. I'm not even sure what the sort order is within the directories.
Also, when I click on a specific link to a person in a directory, and then click back to the directory listing, I am dumped back to page 1 o the directory rather than the point I was previously on. That's really annoying. I'm using Safari on a Mac but the same thing happens in Firefox.
