Chris Kimmes

Chris Kimmes is the pioneer behind, (City National Bank) CNB's, "Green Initiative." Mr. Kimmes is considered in many circles to be the green expert relative to global landscape, alternative capital sources and incentive based opportunities. He is a member of several prominent green associations including the USGBC, LABC, CNB's "Green Ladder Council" and LAEDC's, "Green Task Force." In addition, a frequent contributor to banking and green industry speaking engagements, publications, presentations and blogs. He has written several white papers and other research pieces related to the green economy and financial opportunities within.

Mr. Kimmes specializes in assisting companies within California's green economy connect the dots between international & domestic debt/equity sources, bond financing, innovative financial structures, various tax credit models, PPA's, (power purchase agreements), grant, rebate and incentive based solutions.
