INVESTMENT OPPURTUNITY: We have not yet closed on the bridge although there is significant interest, the debenture is 1 year term, convertible on the investors option, 20% APR plus 50% warrant coverage at the last round price. I have been in China meeting with our partners the last 2 weeks, just returned yesterday and beginning to schedule meetings. We are in negotiations with 3 investment banks for the series "A".
