We seek to provide financing for Green and other projects world wide. We will find funders/investors and match them to the borrowers needs.
We never charge an up front fee but will ask for a negotiable commission upon successful funding.

Before terms and programs can be discussed about our funding source, all potential clients must possess the criteria mentioned in the announcement below:
a. You must have 10% POF liquid cash or at least $1.133 mill. This includes the engagement fee, structuring fees, and project owners cash contribution to the deal. If you do not have the entire amount, let us know and we can request a re-structuring of the contribution.
b. Your funding request must be minimum $10.0 mil
c. You must have a business plan/exec summary.
Get Funded.....Minimum funding request is $10.0 mil
1. The client provides POF(liquid cash) 10% of the total funded amount or at least $1.0 mill in cash to the Joint Venture. 2. The funder contributes 90% to the project as debt/equity or debt only. If equity position is taken (20%, 30%, or 40%) then the loan does not have to be paid back. Understand, the 10% or $1.0 mill is rolled over into the total amount, and the funds are issued in draws - according to the need...
Lastly, if the project owner does not have a Business Plan or Exec. Summary, and the POF, the funder does not want us to forward the deal...
