Jor has served as a trusted business advisor to many startups as well as established companies, assisting them in business strategy, business development and significant company events, such as mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. He has also been a principal investor in a number of companies in different industries. Jor has an innate ability to dissect a business’s strengths and provide strategic advice which has helped lead to several successful exits.

Additionally, he is a founding shareholder of the Los Angeles based firm, Homeier & Law, P.C., a boutique and successful law firm devoted exclusively to business law. As an attorney, Jor previously worked at some of the world’s largest and most prestigious firms and received industry acclaim.
