I have been working to keep hope alive in the Alternative Resource Electrical generation arena for over 17yrs. In the early 90's as ceo of Solar Cell's inc (Boca Raton) touted Solar, Wind & Tidal-Flow generation on one platform offshore. Then Gov. Lawton Chiles and I Co-authored the co-generation legislation that Fl and 23 other states immediately adopted in 92'. Now it is refered to as net-metering Law.
I was there in DC in '98 when Pres Clinton signed the Million Roofs Initiative. What Lawton and I started in Fla. By Legislating that all state office buildings are co-generating in 10 years was the blueprint for the Federal initiative. In 1999 I formed another company Alternative Resource Electric Corporation inc just knowing that Al Gore was going to win and we would take off on the Energy initiative's we had put forth. Well we all know what happened.
So for the last 7yrs I have become a Real Estate guru waiting for the end of the present Administration. So now I have merged my Solar Company with a Low Cost Modular Builder to form Advanced Technology Industries inc and will start building entire subdivisions of low cost homes of the future the one with little to no electric bill.....
