Dr. Roe is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Algisys, a Biotechnology company focused on producing nutritional oils and high protein biomass from algae for the Food & Beverage, Animal Feed, Pet Food, Supplement, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Dr. Roe is also the President of the Azariah Group, a consulting company that works with entrepreneurs and investors to assess the merits of platform and enabling technologies across a variety of industries: Petroleum, Chemicals, Energy, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Electronics, Paint & Coatings, Materials, Textiles, Packaging, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, and Clean Technology.
