Biography
Brian is a senior executive with over 25 years of diversified experience in strategic Board management & turnaround, executive human resources, strategic bench strength development, military program design, executive sales management, operations, business development, P/L, brand marketing, executive leadership, and career management. 2004 was elected President of the Los Angeles Affiliate of the National Human Resources Association and then President of the National Board of Directors. Currently completed his second role as President of the NHRA LA Affiliate. Demonstrated leadership in partnering with C-Level & senior teams on transforming margin challenges into sustainable high yield profit centers and on strategic initiatives focused on increasing market share, profitability, and shareholder value.
Currently the Executive Vice President-Global Corporate Solutions for Dale Carnegie.
From 1983 to present, Brian's expertise has been recognized in leading world-class medical, technical, biotechnical, entertainment, manufacturing, Green, non-profit, engineering, Department of Defense, aerospace, University and business development organizations, developing cutting edge talent, and proactively capitalizing incremental revenue streams.
Since 1993 to present with Smith & Nephew DonJoy, Hely & Weber Orthopedics, Dale Carnegie Corporate, as well as numerous voluntary and compensated Boards, he is globally recognized for transitioning organizations in all sectors, forging strong multi-cultural relationships through customer service, innovation, and the integration of functional teams
