Oliver Starr

Oliver Starr is a serial entrepreneur and technologist specializing in mobile technologies, social media, product and company evangelism, community development, biotechnology, and venture capital. A well-known blogger (first employee at TechCrunch, he has also consulted with Microsoft, Nokia and numerous high-tech and scientific startups.

Oliver is also a former professional cyclist with over 345 career victories to his credit both in domestic and international competition. Outside of work, Oliver is mostly interested in extreme sports including MMA, big wave surfing, diving, snowboarding, surfing and rock and ice climbing - sometimes with painful (and occasionally hilarious) results.
