Biography
My name is Gabriela Meckler and I am a Cognitive Science major at UCSD. I am passionate about the environment and take everyday measures to save the environment, such as eating vegetarian and composting. I am also a member of the UCSD Compost Team. In addition to these personal efforts I make to help the environment, I would like to make a larger impact through outreach in my community. I am hoping to become an Ongreen college ambassador at my school to help achieve this goal. I already have contacts in two of the other green organizations on campus, Econauts and GreenCampus, and am in a good position to incorporate OnGreen into our campus community.
