Ron Flores

Mr. Ron Flores, a professional product design engineer, is the President of International Engineering Products & Consulting (“IEPC”). Headquartered in California, USA, with branch offices and partners in Russia, China, Japan, Bulgaria, and Mexico, IEPC develops Green Lighting Control products.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and some Russian, Flores has more than 40 years experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, medical, commercial, lighting, control, and automation control industries. He is an innovator in electronic product design, author, and has several patents in lighting control technology.
Prior to starting IEPC Mr. Flores was a product design consultant. Some past clients include Hughes Network Systems, JPL-NASA, City of Tomsk - Russia, Northrop Grumman, Rockwell, United Technologies, and TRW Inc. In the 1980s Mr. Flores ran a private engineering and business college and was responsible for day to day operations. From 1975 to 1980 Mr. Flores owned and ran an original design and manufacturing company which designed various products focused in the security industry as well as control products. From 1969 to 1975 he was a product designer in the Aerospace and consumer industries.
Mr. Flores received his B.A. from Long Beach State University
Mr. Flores has also been active in the community serving on various boards, youth coach, high school coach, and in several social programs benefiting the disfranchised and Hispanic community. Mr. Flores has also been a past member of the Latin Business Association (“LBA”) for ten years and The Orange County Hispanic Chamber (“OCHC”).
