Leslie Williams is a co-founder and partner of Shaub & Williams LLP.
She counsels clients on their domestic and international business transactions,
with special emphasis on the needs of technology companies in the Greentech space.
She structures, negotiates and executes transactions as the purchase and sale of stock
and corporate assets, the acquisition, strategic use of and enforcement of
intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad, and the commercialization of
technology and products or services.
From 1997 until 2008, she divided her time between Los Angeles and
Berlin, advising German companies in particular on the start up or expansion of
their business operations in the U.S. or with U.S. or international partners in
Ms. Williams’ clientele are companies in industries such as solar and other
renewable energies, semiconductors, computer software, advanced ceramics,
graphites and silicons, medical devices, and stem cell storage.
She excels in advising her clients in German, Spanish and French, assuring that a business transaction is executed to meet the client’s objectives.
