Qualified 1986 and became a partner at Stephenson Harwood in May 2002. Has worked over 17 years in Asia, the first 7 years in Hong Kong and 11 years in Shanghai to manage the Stephenson Harwood Shanghai office.Commenced practice as RHK Legal in 2007. Wide range of experience of advising clients in the areas of commercial real estate investment, education and health care sectors, food and beverage, agribusiness, franchising, ship finance and transportation, logistics,trade and distribution, IP registrations and licensing and PRC foreign direct investment.

He has over 18 years experience working in China and is an Australian, Hong Kong and UK admitted and registered lawyer.
