The American economy will only recover once the construction industry recovers. Exsisting inventories must be reduced either through the aquisition by Distressed Real Estate Funds or through a Government Tear Down Program. Reducuction of exsisting inventories through Demand Side Economics will take too long. Steve Gervasio
