I am seeking to create collaborative, integrated and adaptive platforms to launch regenerative, clean food-energy-water systems solutions. Such platforms will necessarily require a "system of systems" approach, taking into account the full panoply of social, political, technological, financial and business and ecological characteristics of the local environment. I am currently at the U.S. Department of Energy where I provide policy advice on China's energy developments to the U.S. government. Until recently, I was at the Center for American Progress, a progressive think tank in D.C., where I specialized in international climate policy, China energy policy and clean technology development. Before that, I was a Fulbright Fellow in Beijing researching China's renewable energy policies and clean tech industry development.

Prior to all this, I worked in the financial community first as a novice equity researcher in Singapore, and later as an attorney in the financial legal machinery of Wall Street and Hong Kong.

Drawing upon all this, I endeavor to combine an understanding of global energy markets with my training in sustainability and professional experience in finance, corporate law and policy research in both Asia and the U.S. I've posted my reflections on my website: http://greenleapforward.com, but that is on hold right now due to the nature of my current employment.
