Biography
Ken Sutton is a founding Partner at Sutton Willis & More. He has led the firm’s transaction team since its inception in 2008, spearheading the client development, transaction origination and execution efforts for both domestic and international clients. Ken is involved in all aspects of the transaction including client consultations and advising on both Equity and Debt funding sources.
Sutton, Willis and More is an innovative transactional advisory firm. We act as a conduit
serving both Financiers and Project Sponsors in the renewable energy arena with a focus on
start-ups and mid-market firms, nationally and internationally.
Our professionals operate as the “Transaction Intermediary” (Finders) in sourcing investment
capital. As a financing partner we serve as consultant and financial conduit to Private/HNW
Investors, Public Company investments , Capital Pools, Venture Capital Firms, Private Equity
Firms, Hedge Funds, Governmental Agencies, Investment Banks and other Financial
Institutions.
