Laura LeDoux

I am a shareholder in Green Wave Energy Corp. and is the Alternative Energy Division Manager for LeDoux Industries, Inc. Responsibilities include:

-Business Development and Marketing of new technologies
-Finding and building relationships with key personnel at applicable target customers
-Finding investors and building relationships with investors
-Contract negotiation
-Negotiation and relationship-building with local governments

EXPERIENCE

Ms. LeDoux has over 10 years experience in marketing, business management, and the law. She started her career as a lawyer after graduating from Loyola Law School, New Orleans and, upon relocating to Chicago she earned an LL.M. in Real Estate Law. While earning her LL.M., and after graduation, she worked at a law firm representing the City of Chicago and other municipal agencies. For four years prior to returning to her native California, Ms. LeDoux operated her own law firm in Naperville, Illinois where she was an active member of the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce.
